Wedding Weekend Details

Friday, June 7

6PM to 10PM

Attire: garden chic

Let’s kickoff the weekend’s festivities with dinner, drinks, and connecting with both new and familiar faces over freshly made pizza - we are in Italy after all!

Transportation is not provided on Friday - please plan accordingly as taxis are sparse in the region! It’s best to arrange in advance or plan to drive yourself.

Saturday, June 8

5:15PM to 3AM

Attire: cocktail - the ground can be uneven (stones, grass) so we recommend avoiding thin heels.

It’s the big day! Please join us between 5:00 - 5:15PM at the Agave Porch in the Main Courtyard for refreshments before the ceremony begins promptly at 5:30PM. Get ready for an evening full of food, drinks, dancing, and a whole lot of love.

Transportation: for guests staying offsite, we have arranged a shuttle pickup & drop-off. A schedule will be shared directly with this group with pick-up times ranging from 4:00 to 4:50PM, based on location. This will ensure you arrive for the ceremony.

The shuttle will also be available to take guests back to their stay at 12:30 or 2:30AM.

Italian weddings start a bit later in the day, giving everyone enough time to relax, take a dip, and get ready to party.

Sunday, June 9

12:30PM to 5PM(ish)

Attire: recovery - swimsuits, flip flops, casual & comfy

We’ll wrap up the weekend with lunch & enjoying an afternoon by the pool.
